My relationship with wine has changed a lot in recent years now that it is no longer my profession. And I think I'm going to (mostly) move away from the lengthy tasting notes. Just gonna drop bottles and a word or three.

Straw hue, strong citrus notes on the nose and palate, lemon and orange peel and grapefruit; also, white pepper and delicate albeit spicy vegetal notes. Jumpy acidity on the palate almost effervescent but without visual evidence of gas. Light, fresh, crisp, and dry. 12% ABV.
