Elegant aromatics with fine woody aromas, some toast, marcipan, sesame + ripe pear & yellow apple. Beautiful mouthfeel with ripe round fruit, fresh zippy quince acidity and a ginger spiciness towards the finish. Layered, complex but also full of energy & tension. A very fine wine.
