Junge Reben Spätburgunder

Losing its sapid edge and veering into ivy leaf.

Evolving nicely. It still offera some of the blue/piney resin that I loved when it was young. Well balanced.

Brilliant ruby red in the glass. Bright cherry and slightly floral forest floor on the big bosomy nose. Palate echoes adding light meats and sage surrounded by medium-firm tannins and medium-bright acidity. Very nice with cranberry-maple pork chops.
