Vintage 2009 shy smell minerals and a excellent balance between sweet and sour, terrific aperitif

Deep golden yellow. Super complex on the nose: with every sniff comes another aroma (botrytis, apricot, hay, stinky petrol and flowers). Starts of fresh but the acid becomes milder quickly. Full-bodied and nice apricot flavours.

Missing the “gewurtz” spices. Still very pleasant to drink.
