Great vineyard, produced by Copain. Very well balanced, smooth and well behaved. I remember having another producer of the same vineyard, maybe Littoria, that had a bit more upfront character.

Serious Pinot from the deep end of Anderson Valley. Low alcohol, high intensity, good structure. Dark fruit, herbal, pronounced acidity. Best with food, will stand up well to pasta with ragu.

Tart and spicy; rich in flavor... almost like a Russian tea with black cherries.
