I wasn’t a huge fan of this red, as it was quite tart upon first sip. I’m getting undertones of blackberry and plum, and as it has been allowed to sit out for around 10-15 minutes I’m actually noticing an ease in harshness at the finish of the sip.

Taste: a good mix of plum, cherry and blackberry. Off dry red with some acidity and low tannins, with a medium body.
Appearance: consistent clarity with a deep garnet intense color.
Conclusion: a good GSM blend with a medium strong finish. Throughly enjoyed this wine.
