Known for their Pinot Noirs, this Cabernet from WH Smith from Howell Mtn reminds me how much I love this region. Vanilla extract and toasted coconut fill the nose and blue and black fruit hit the palate with a satin finish. This wine has been enjoyed over the course of two days and got better each time it was poured. Easily could be cellared for 15+ years for maximum enjoyment! Bottoms up y'all!!!
