Grapes grown in the far western edge of CA’s Sonoma Coast at the winery’s Annapolis vineyard, a site with a 900 foot elevation. Beautiful nose with aromas of complex ripe fresh fruits and gentle floral spice. On the palate layered fruit, cherry and raspberry with citrus and green tea notes, spice and honey. Smooth firm tannins, savory on a lingering finish ending with mineral tones. Tasting well now but still has a few years to run.

Jul 9th, 2017I’m sure it’s a wonderful wine, Eric liked it aerated but I don’t care for it, too much earthy Pinot notes that I don’t like.
