I was introduced to my first Rye tonight...ever. Not sure what I should taste for ( other than smoky burning) but it was just the right amount of smoke, bite, and happiness for happy hour. I dig it.

"The Natural" - 21 Year 2014 DC release. Super aged Evan Williams (rumored). Smooth on entry and great toasty oak and caramel flavors. A little bite on the end, but overall, very enjoyable.
