Dawn of a new era at W-S but same-old at Hirsch. This is starting to get towards the end of it's prime drinking window but tonight it was lovely and had sweet, ripe-but-not-overripe candies fruit notes but no cola/pomegranate thankfully, and the zingy acidity balanced out the fruit well, which is classic Hirsch to me. Was in SF for a conference and picked this up at K&L for dinner with friends
