I sometimes like the dryer style and warmer seasons of Alsace but labels not always helpful. Willm now has bar graft on back label showing sweetness from 1 (dry) to 9(Doux).This one comes in at 3. Personally, if I wanted more RS I would look to Mosel. Nice wine and perfect indication of sweetness level.
