This is a very nice Rose. Has a great steely nose and palate of strawberry and cream. Soft rose, with good structure. Very acidic from start to finish. This one will go much better with food, but it wasn't really enjoyed with a lot of fare. Can definitely see how this bottle would go well with cheeses and cheese/meat charcuterie board. Has a lot of life left.
