This is ok - a brighter style of chardonnay but rougher/bitter short finish. Acidity fine but not mouthwatering. — 8 months ago
Color: actually copper like, amber, orange like the setting sun
Aroma: light light apricot, a bit of brown sugar
Tasting Notes: super well balanced, honey, caramel, stone fruit (apricot)
Texture: slight twirl of tannins and acidity but in a nice congruence, a nice balance , bouncy texture, like drinking clouds of sunset — mouthwatering — a year ago
Hugely impressive as always. The fruit on the nose is darker but there is a wonderful savoury/spicy note which also carries through on the palate. Tannins are fine, almost imperceptible but grip and length are created by the dark sour cherry spice that dominates the mid palate and balances the beautiful pure fruit. Silky texture and concentration. Super long and very fine. — 2 months ago
Light in a good way. Fine and correct. — 3 years ago
Barrel-fermented, pale lemon color, aromas of stone and tropical fruit with citrus, honeysuckle and flinty notes. On the palate flavors of peach, ripe apple, melon and lemon citrus, crisp with herb floral spice. Well balanced, lively acidity, long finish ending with fruit and wet stone character. Nice! — 24 days ago
Cherry, raspberry, cola, blackberry, plum and oak. Full-bodied and soft tannins. — 9 months ago
Simple Merlot Lagrein Blau blend but I’m not sure why it’s so compelling. Delicious. — 2 years ago
