Bottle #2 from the LB chardo mystery case….one of those super heavy chard btls…much better than #1, a ton of flavor, heavy on citrus & honey, not offensive in any way, but at the same time a little too up front on the palate, not much restraint. Unbeatable location and excellent wine list, this one jumped off the page at us. Not surprising as it was our wine of the year in 2022. It’s back with a vengeance in 2024, into the #1 spot again.
