Beautiful, deep crimson color. Aromas of slightly underripe black cherries, rhubarb, cranberry, damp forest, sandalwood, rosewater, flint. Similar flavors, fruit forward, juicy, red and black fruits, good acidity, hugely interesting. Silky mouthfeel, very long finish. A beauty from Humboldt County.

Light on the mid. Soft core. Not much tension. My first Humbolt Pinot. I would try more.

A little funk up front, in a good way. Bright cherries take over.
