Although this is a Shiraz, I am reminded of flavors from the Right Bank since this is also a limestone rich region, just on the other side I the world from Bordeaux. The mineral content is amazing and goes well with the dark ripe fruits and smooth tannins. Definitely drink if you can find any.

A lot of love for this beautiful wine. Rich and ripe, balanced and lengthy. Layers of fresh raspberry through to raspberry liquor, fresh blackberry and blackcurrant jam with a hint of textbook Coonawarra mint shining through in choc-mint form.
