This is all grenache made in a very experimental fashion. The wine is aged in a barrel that were immersed in wine, within a concrete vat. Hard to tell how this effected the wine apart from it feels very youthful for its age. Berries, spice, orange peel, black tea, liquorice.

Amazing ‘garigue’ with a more rounded fruit on the background and in the immediate aftertaste after the sip. Great experience. 2010 is still very young in 2022
