Tannins have softened massively with a little bit of air, first glass 3 hours ago was looking mildly astringent but that has softened somewhat since and showing some real fruit. Full of plum, black cherry, blueberry and boysenberry. Getting some real burnt wood, tobacco and smokey notes also. Finish is the tiniest bit short but some great acid in there too.
