La Source Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil Cabernet Franc

Smooth. Not too tannic but also not overly fruity. Not sure of the vintage but while in Paris, I want to try wines from new regions, such as Bourgeuil (Loire region). Not the best I've tried but it certainly went well with my boeuf bourgignon!
