Better than expected

Good wine shops can pop up anywhere to include Cotter AR (really?). Wanted a fun cab with feature name and was recommended to this. A great little wine with a solid presentation of oak and earth. Drinks well with moderate acidity and leaves a pleasant taste afterwards that makes you want to listen to country music. All good.

Sweeter. But nice. Opened up really well after about 15 minutes.

Pairs easily with anything. Light and fruity, but bold enough to stand on its own
