A nice cab franc. It took a couple of days to open up, but by tonight it was drinking rather well. Medium-plus in body, with flavors of dark fruit, earth, spice, bell pepper, and herbs. Aged in concrete eggs (amphora). 100% Cabernet Franc. 9/3/22.
