This is the Altamira variety and was very good with ribeyes. I will have to try this again to really get a better tasting. — a year ago
Had with seafood and it was delicious. Fruit forward without a bite afterwards. Not a very sweet whine though. — a month ago
I’d rate this a B-. While it starts off promising with a beautiful fruit flavor, that completely dissipates and it becomes a pretty flat wine. There are better which don’t cost as much. — 5 months ago
Really smooth and rich flavor of the grapes. Have to try it again and focus on the flavor. — a year ago
This wine has a very strong scent which makes you think it’s going to suck but it ends up being a nicely smooth cab. It doesn’t have a lot of flavors to discern but it’s a nice drinking wine. Had with a less than great ribeye with some mushroom gravy sauce to mask the unfortunately not so great beef. — 3 months ago
This was pretty good. Slightly on the drier side but not much. Interesting flavors but I could not discern any that Suckling claimed to exist. 95 rating by him. I don’t think so. Maybe 92. For $80 there are better. B+ — 9 months ago

This was absolutely terrible. Have had it for about 6 months in a wine cooler and it had no character to the wine whatsoever. Tried drinking it at different temperatures hoping it would open up but it never did. To me it was almost like it was a bad bottle. Had a prior year which was excellent but I’m not going to throw another $100 their way due to the inconsistency. Blecccch! — 7 days ago
