Enjoyed with wild mushroom pasta using mushroom pasta from Southern Season in Chapel Hill, NC, as well as dried mushrooms from DeKalb Farmers Market (oyster, black trumpets, porcini) & a variety of fresh mushrooms including porcini, oyster, & cremini. Near the end of its useful life; should have drunk it a few years ago. Visible sediment in bottle, but if you let it breathe enough it’s fine for a daily dinner at home. I’ve had this bottle for 13 years & moved it from NC to GA 4.5 years ago. Happy to open it today! With the move, I’ve lost track of who gave me this bottle but we enjoyed it this evening & I thank you!!!! — 7 years ago

Definitely needs to breathe. Gets better with each glass you have, but not sure whether it’s the wine breathing or me feeling its effects! Enjoyed with a 32 oz prime rib steak ... perfect pairing! — 6 years ago
