Parker Station wines are made by Fess Parker, who if you remember was cast in the roll of Davy Crockett in the mid-1950's. Red berry fruit aromas with herb floral spice. On the palate cherry and tart raspberry with notes of pepper with a slight toasty oak mouthfeel. Soft fine tannins, nice balance medium length, great to drink now no aging potential.

Jul 28th, 2018Had this with a Cajun salmon. Easy drinking, opened up quickly and had a strong but not overwhelming finish. Cherry, plum, and strawberry.
