For a Chardonnay it lacks in that deep, full buttery feel and it's completely too sweet. I kept checking the label to make sure I was in fact drinking a chard. For the price it's not bad but it is not something I would recommend. — 8 years ago
Color is undeniably strawberry, but the nose is berries and cream. The mouth feel is interesting in that it has a creamy, lingering essence. Like taking a bite of cheesecake covered in sugared berries. I paired it with a British Wensleydale cheese containing blueberry slices. — 8 years ago
Some sharp citrus, then some blackberries, followed by a bitterness almost like dark chocolate. It doesn't have the nice full body of better wines. Certainly not as complex as other pinots. With its strong citrus forward notes I think it would pair well with a heavy meal. 2013 vintage — 8 years ago
Color is reminiscent of peach. Nose reminds me of a moscato. For a "rose" it is slightly dry. Not a whole lot of fruity notes but just a slight strawberry spectre that quickly fades to a mineral. I am pairing with roasted pork and root vegetables. I think the mineral qualities pair well with a hearty meal. Overall my impression is that I would recommend it. Not my favorite Rose, but certainly decent. — 8 years ago
