first romorantin! very mineral, lots of salt, highly acidic at the front. smells spiced and like quince and a little pear. would be good w something buttery — 11 days ago
started off really acidic, but after the lion’s mane schnitzel arrived w the truffle jus it made sense. also went really well with the fritti and grew on me over the meal — 6 months ago
i’d age this tbh! juicy but not as complex as expected off the bat — 2 months ago
cannot find the changala alsace blend (pinot gris, pinot auxerrois) but genuinely delicious, energetic, a little hazy. super versatile with food - loved it w the first early june dishes (langoustine and lardo on panisse, oil cured haddock and daikon) — 4 months ago
a lighter winter red with peppery notes — need to try their chenin blanc as well. really good, would be great with red meat/game — 10 months ago
