Maple flavoured but nor sweat, it’s dry with a nice floral complexity. We had it with salami with truffle and fits well (not fits with strong cheese like pecorino though) — 5 years ago

Light acidity, strong tannin, woody but well balanced. We had it with Lasagna and worked well. It is not a wine to have “just a glass at the end of the day”, it works better by paring it with a meal, seems to fit well Bolognese. — 5 years ago
