As always, I'm disappointed by a California Pinot Noir. It is a bit flat and vinegary, even after decantong for 30 minutes. It's shallow. — 7 years ago
For too long I've dismissed Pinot Noirs as "too delicate " for my so sophisticated palette. This one reminded me how intricate their subtle nature can be. Love it. — 7 years ago
Dry but flavorful. Not flat like some rose's — 6 years ago
80% Sangiovese/20% Merlot and I LOVE it. Just the right blend of strength and smoothness. Opened up quickly...barely needed to decant. I'm definitely grabbing a bottle next time I make a rib eye. — 7 years ago
Beautiful and soft... not a lot that distinguished it though. Admittedly, I like big bold Cabs. This one is flavorful, not generic, but soft. — 7 years ago
Very, very grapefruity. — 6 years ago
Softer than most NZ Sauv Blancs it is the PERFECT sushi wine. — 7 years ago
