Silky mouthfeel with Mosel typical florality but backed up with decent acidity. Medium long taste. Great for pairing with lighter asian food with some hot elements. We had a poke bowl with raw salmon and the hottnes comming from sriracha sauce which paired great. — 6 years ago

Hints of dill, oak and licorice witha very high acidity and fruit. This one can (and should) be kept until after 2021. — 6 years ago
