The BV Pinot Noir is ultra fruity and light not to taken lightly as it can air on the drier side when drank at the correct temperature. Good table wine. — 9 years ago
Beautiful Malbec. Opened up beautifully after sometime resting before drinking. First sip was full of fruit and flavor on the front pallette. As swallowing back the Malbec left a dry pallette behind that was extremely pleasant and left the desire to drink more. Wonderful everyday wine for a wonderful cost on a crisp winters night! — 9 years ago
Paradise Springs a Local winery to me developed a well balanced Cabernet that could compete with any Napa Cabernet that I currently have in my wine cellar. Hitting all the necessary smokey tannins and with deep hints of tobaccos and rich flavors of blackberry. Hints of oak seep through the richness of the wine as the dryness of the Cabernet leave and echo of desire to drink more. Truly a wonderfully rich wine for such a local winery. A delectable red for an everyday drink of sorts. — 9 years ago

I tasted this and took a bottle home at a wine tasting I hosted. I immediately fell in love with the hints of tobacco and deep richness of the Cabernet varietal. It truly spoke to the vintners touch and the delicate flavoring of this Napa Cabernet. I would recommend serving this to a group of individuals or yourself if you truly want to embody a rich red Cabernet in all of its manly flavor. — 9 years ago
