Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic Cab that punches above its weight class. Dark fruits that are almost brroding. Formidable structure that just takes a hold.

Black cherry, blackberry jam, smoke, spice, black pepper. Medium bodied, finishes with noticeable barrel tannin. Very dry, appealing Cab.

Excellent fruit forward Cab with lots of blackberry flavor. Not much tannin. Dry with no sweetness. Didn’t hold up well after 3days with Argon.

Dry, full bodied, bold but pleasant taste

Tart and tangy, with rhubarb, fresh oak, pencil lead, and tobacco. Too much bitterness pushes through in the finish. Moderated acid and medium tannin.

Maybe we got a good bottle, but after being open and poured for only 10 mins this was truly smooth. Very aromatic, a must add to our wine room.

Cherry, strawberry and rhubarb pie. This is a fruit forward, medium bodied cab with moderate plus acid. It is light on the tannins for a cab. A little sweet for my tastes, but very drinkable.

A bit on the sweet side with a lot of dried fruit but still an ok glass of wine
