A fun and funky Gamay. — 3 months ago
I was amazed at the transformation of this 41 year plus sweet CA white. The color was like a cup of coffee. The nose was caramel and lavender. More of the same on the palate with honey and baking spices undertone. Medium plus finish. A really fun drinking experience. — 4 months ago
Inky dark color. Tomato leaf, coffee, and mint on the nose. More pyrazine notes on the palate along with cocoa, cranberry, leather, black pepper, molasses, raisins, coffee, tobacco, and dark cherry. High acid, high alcohol, medium plus tannins, medium plus body, and long finish. Despite all the tertiary notes, drinks vibrant and fresh. Drink now or hold. — 2 months ago
Somewhere around a dry sugar level. Medium course bubble, strawberry and ginger notes, medium finish. Quite refreshing. — 3 months ago
Burgundian in character. The nose is white peach, flint, petrol, oak, and gunpowder. The palate adds lemon, quince, white pepper and cedar. Medium alcohol, medium body, high acid, and a long finish. — 4 months ago
Strong pyrazine notes and lots of residual sugar. Light body, medium minus alcohol, medium acid and no finish but for some lingering pyrazine. — 2 months ago
Solid and refined. Fine bubble, lees, and lemon notes. Worth the price? — 3 months ago
Still bright and fresh with notes of strawberry, plum, and cranberry. — 4 months ago

A soupy, high alcohol mess. Lots of tertiary notes of molasses and prunes. No fruit left. This has either been cooked or is past prime. I have to rate them as I find them. — 6 days ago
