The other reviewers did not wait long enough. Pairing with with a sous vide lamb allowed this to punch above its $17 Costco price point (back in ~2018). The wines of Saint-Estèphe "have the reputation of being the slowest to mature, and the toughest, most tannic wines." - R. Parker — 2 years ago
