Really, a great dry red from Provence. Has some nerdy spice.

Grenache, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Mourvedre. How much more can a bottle take? A mix mash of fruit early, with a definite caramel mid palate, and hints of popcorn and corn bread to finish. 5 varietals and 5 courses it hopes to be, but comes a little short. Maybe interesting in a couple more years.
