Really good! The sip bursts with fruity flavors wrapped in somewhat of a muted texture, but hear me now, there is depth! Pairs well with furiously filing my taxes the night they are due — a year ago

Crisp & tasty Muscadet. Enjoyed with chicken & Greek salad; will aim to pair with seafood next time. — 3 years ago

Spicy and sharp yet delicate nose. The taste is soft, sweet, and engulfing. Pairs well with prosciutto and vibes. — 3 years ago

With a sweet and silky nose, the wine splashes over the tongue reminiscent of the first and sudden plunge into a frigid ocean. However, this Cotes Du Rhone is excessively sweet, oh my, no no. Perhaps I've had an overly dry day or over-chilled the bottle, but this faux sangria does not hit the spot at night time. Would not drink again unless under duress.

Update: considerably better warm. Even keeping in mind that any alcohol is a close comfort after repeated 18 hour work days.

Easy to drink. Faintly more complex than grape juice. It's not BAD but it does become boring quickly. — 2 years ago

Nice experience nose2mouth
Indulgent, sweet, thick. Would pair well with food, but alas I'm drinking without any.
As with many sweet wines, it gets a tad draining to continually drink, hence the sub 8.6 rating

Deep, rich, textured. Also wishy washy, but progressively less so. Should be enjoyed with a bite of some sort, perhaps a fat ribeye! — 3 years ago

Sweet nose. Funky and impermeably deep tongue. It's dry, yet sweet and volumous. I don't like it and yet it's enchanting and beckons for more sips — 2 years ago

What a wake up after the previous glass! This one exploded into my senses, providing a cornucopia of tastes across time and texture. However I'm growing less fond of it with each passing sip. The tongue is a bit sour-focused for my liking. — 2 years ago
