Very light. Very, very light. Has a crisp floral note that grasps on to your tongue and quickly vanishes with an earthiness. Notes do not linger. Not bold enough for my palette, but would complement a warm summer day while paired with a grilled romaine and balsamic salad. — 8 years ago
Not really a Chianti fan but this works. Very citrus and acidic notes at first sip but they feather off into a sweet lightness with crisp semi-dry finish. Would pair nicely with a pork dish or perhaps a chilled lump crab course. — 8 years ago
Very light and buttery. Enjoyed it with a filet, demi glace, new potatoes w/bacon and asparagus. Its notes, however, got muffled by the rich, delicious meal, perhaps it would go well with a pork dish or even a hearty fish. An excellent wine for those that prefer white but want to be introduced to the red world. — 8 years ago

Light but brawny. Has a very nice peppery note that is married with an herbiness which I appreciate. It makes a wonderful light, red wine for Fall. I would pair rather nicely with a steak and potato dish or even a pan seared salmon. Could be convinced to pair it with lobster. Go big or go home...get the surf 'n' turf! — 8 years ago
