Light but brawny. Has a very nice peppery note that is married with an herbiness which I appreciate. It makes a wonderful light, red wine for Fall. I would pair rather nicely with a steak and potato dish or even a pan seared salmon. Could be convinced to pair it with lobster. Go big or go home...get the surf 'n' turf!
