What a delight! This is a fantastic Rosé. Coral pink colour. The nose is fragrant and beautiful and leaps out of the glass with cherry and strawberry. Beautiful mousse. For a non dosage 0g/L this is surprisingly balanced. Complex mouth of redcurrant and raspberry. Strong vinosity. Super long finish. 85ch, 15pn. Just gorgeous!!! — 8 years ago
So quaffable. This really is a very easy to enjoy Champagne from this small grower in the Vallée de Marne. Very meunier and Pinot noir driven so a nice thick body with a touch of Chardonnay to give it a great finesse. Unbelievable vfm for how good it is! — 8 years ago
Thick and chewy. Quite meunier driven. Peach and Raspberry. Good vinosity. Frangipane on the finish. Fantastic vfm from this fabulous small grower deep in the Vallée de la Marne. — 8 years ago
What a treat! A degustation with Micheline the matriarch of this very special grower family in Oeuilly. Super complex nose with stone fruit and honey. Coating, complex mouth with apricot, peach and honey. The finish goes on forever. So smooth with great vinosity. Cuvée Louis a blend of 4 years 96, 97, 98, 99. 15 years on the lees. Degorgement May 2015. 50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot noir. Bottled may 2000. Dosage 3G/L! The Tarlants have so many years of knowledge and it's all about the terroir for them. You can taste it in their beautiful champagnes. — 8 years ago
Bright, fresh, malic. Honey and tons of apple. Very light body but lingers on the after. Unusual to find a 100% Chardonnay on the Côte des Bar. Interestingly this is from the same house as Marie Courtin. — 8 years ago
Fabulous Champagne from the 2009 harvest. Thick, creamy, complex. Tropical fruit - guava and pineapple with biscotti and vanilla. Buttery and full. Good after. From a small grower in Balnot sur Laignes on the Côte des bar. Unbelievable vfm. 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot noir and 20% Pinot meunier. Oh so good! — 8 years ago
Very impressed! This is a really delicious Rosé. Refined and very well structured with a fantastic full mouth and good after. Turkish delight and grapefruit! It's just really yummy. Leaving it to breathe to see how it develops. — 8 years ago
100% Pinot blanc. Pear on the nose and the front of the palate with a refreshing apple on the after. Non dose helps it express its unique character and a bit of air helps develop the complexity. Interestingly this is from the same house as Marie Courtin. — 8 years ago

Super Complex, layered, honeyed, smooth. Honeyed-Apple- brioche. Well balanced attack with an impressive length. So so good. 2008 was a great year! Fantastic degustation at the domain in Cramant. I love this house for their amazing grand cru Chardonnay in the Côte de Blancs. — 8 years ago
