Medium plus in body with medium plus sized bubbles and high acidity.

Showing citrus, lemons, limes, earth, black pepper, minerals and light yeast.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food.

Nicely balanced and easy drinking.

Very consistent through the years.

No complaints here...archetypal for a reason.

Crisp, tiny bubbles, yeast and lemon zest on the palette. Lovely!

This was in my cellar for already quite some time (6+Year) but still fresh apples a bit of toast and yeast. Slightly matured tones. But a great glass for a celebration.

I know some people love it, I’m just not one of them.
