Forest floor, savory palate. Dark berries and a plush texture. — 25 days ago
In a great spot if you like savory wines. Fruit and acidity have calmed, allowing a gamey aroma profile of cured meats and iodine to come through. It still has some dark plum and cherry but showing the age and complex bouquet which is quite nice. Medium plus bodied, it has nice texture with an approachable ABV at 13.5%. — 2 months ago
Full bodied Sauvignon Blanc, in more of a Bordeaux style. Lemon curd, apple, and a creamy palate. Lovely texture and long finish. — 4 days ago
Blackberries, crushed dark fruit, and olive aromas and flavors. Good with Santa Maria Tri-Tip. — 25 days ago
Much younger than the Southing and Ten, less time in oak but it’s pretty ready to drink now. Juicy cherry, Santa Rita spices, and mouthwatering acidity. — 2 months ago
Definitely a pale salmon color, medium size bubbles, and a nice juicy palate. Strawberry, cherry, lemon crème. — 4 days ago

I was initially scared that I was opening this too soon but it is really in a great spot. Blue fruits and flowers, a bit of graphite, and layered tannins make for an excellent texture. Elegant wine with a luxurious mouthfeel. 73% Cabernet Sauvignon 27% Merlot. — 4 days ago
