2004 opened in Nov 2015. Decanted to sift out lots of sediment. Let breathe for 1.5 hours. Wow. Amazing French style fruit with earthy woodiness. Paired with pan-seared veal chop with cab demiglace. Perfect pairing! — 9 years ago
