Full-bodied French blend. Earthy notes, leather, black currant. Having with a steak and not disappointed… — 2 years ago
Tasty Sicilian blend. The spice of Nero Di Avola but more balance and versatility. — 3 years ago
Dry, medium-bodied red. Super balanced and versatile. Would overpower lighter fish flavors, but any chicken > pork > beef pairing would land with aplomb. — 8 months ago
Tasty, dryish cab with hints of plumb and black currant. Would drink again. — 3 years ago

Even tho we are admittedly drinking it before it’s prime, this was a delicious, balanced Tempranillo. Fruit forward but enough tannic structure to hold together and hold up. Paired beautifully with the herb-crusted lamb we made. — 2 years ago

Balanced chard. Scratches the chard itch without overthinking it. Enough body to hold up to more flavorful fish and chicken. — 8 months ago
