My first impression was that this was disgusting. Not the grossest natural wine I’ve ever had but still “natural” enough that it’s too tart and well, unfinished. Then I had a few sips with food. Tuna pasta of all things! And I find it’s drinkable. Still going to switch to another bottle though. — a month ago
Funky on the nose. Tart and fruity on the palate. Fun! — 4 days ago
Aroma of peaches and cream. The palate is zesty and sparkly with flavors of grapefruit and fennel. Delish. — a month ago
Deep, ruby red color. Luscious aroma of tart cherry, caramel, date. Luxurious palate of black cherry and strawberry syrup, I also get hibiscus, cinnamon, dried plum. High acid, medium tannin. I feel like this is full bodied. It’s spectacular. I think this is my first Amarone. — 7 months ago
Super dark opaque color. I honestly get Indian spices on the nose along with…olives? Beautiful palate of rich charred blueberries, plum, pencil lead. — 4 days ago
So bright and light like sugared raspberries — 6 months ago
