Very nice balanced cab. Went very well with tonight's rib eye. Just a good drinking cab for dinner. And isn't that all we want sometimes?

Well I really liked this. Full, fruity nose, not too dry but very clean and almost aromatic fruit up front with a clean and dry finish. What a nice wine! — 10 years ago
2012 vintage. We tasted this in Napa Valley and bought some bottles. This was one. I thought it was rich and smooth with nice complexity and balance. Typical fruity zin with nice flavors and smooth body but without a strong personality. Great with grilled steak but not something I would do as a tasting, which you would expect from the price. Just sayin... — 9 years ago
2010. Nice and dry but with good fruit. Pretty alcoholic, 13.5% so there's that. Liked it better when I first opened it than 30 minutes later with grilled chicken. — 10 years ago
This is a really decent wine all the way around, and we had a big debate about whether to give it just the smiley face or the open mouth smiley face. But no input from Theodora who uses vivino. So go figure.

very mellow and pleasing but unassuming. If all bottles tasted like this one it could become a go to cab for me. — 9 years ago
Blech! Thin, acidic and sour. Let it breathe for a while and it was still sour. Did I say it was sour? Notice the glass of Chardonnay in the background. That's what I'm drinking. Not this. — 9 years ago
This wine started out a little hot and flat, but with a little time has come around some. Tartness in the front of the mouth that fades in the back, and very dry. Goes well with Manchego though. — 10 years ago
A very dry, earthy wine. Good legs. Some good fruit up front and a good nose. Clean finish. Actually very good for a wine of its price (got it on sale and I have to agree with the sales dude on this one so I'll probably go back and get more). — 10 years ago

This has been or go to red since my son turned its on to it. Well balanced, dry without being acidic. Just a great drinking wine. Medium bodied do it goes with chicken, pork and beef. I don't like fruity wine, so this is just a great drinking wine. — 7 years ago
