Ephemeral and sophisticated bouquet - strawberry stew, animal notes, forest floor, and burnt matches (in a good way, somewhere on the background). Light bodied, quaffable and delicious, perfectly balanced with flavours of wild strawberry with great VA touch and long spicy finish. Beautiful. — 3 years ago
It's not a secret that I love this producer. I started to appreciate Champagne with his Cuvée 742, so now I consider it my duty to drink every new release. Based on 2016, spent 36 months sur lie. Toast, citrus, white flowers, chalk, apple seeds. Fresh, expressive and delicious. Still young, needs more time in the bottle. — 3 years ago
Treacherous and powerful Campo de Borja. Charming and complex nose, black currant, medicinal herbs, salty toffee and smoked meat. Well balanced, you don't feel those 16 abv unless it's too late. — 3 years ago
Opulent, bright and celebratory bouquet - yoghurt with passion fruit, gooseberry, lychee, bubble gum. Simple tropic bomb, but tasty and well balanced. Love green touch in the aftertaste. Great alternative to Prosecco bubbles, just different profile and more honest. — 3 years ago
Table wine, so nothing to expect. Notes of cherry, cherry nut and subtle hints of earth (which is nice). The taste where it lacks the most, not structured, unbalanced ethanol. Maybe it is too young and needs more time, who knows? Right now there are better wines under $10. And Papaioannou has a wonderful Agiorgitiko for 1.5x price, which I would chose over wine in topic, e.g. to drink less but better. — 3 years ago
Good Sauvignon Blanc from the Southern Island. Delicate bouquet of gooseberry, kiwi, lemon zest, lime, grass, flint and quince. Well balanced, time spent on lees made it round and soft, though for my personal taste it lacks acidity and feels a little tired. — 3 years ago
Restrained, not simple and pleasant nose. White flowers, flint hints, yellow apple and pear with some tropical hints. Well balanced, good volume, kind of off-dry, long vertical aftertaste. That case when reading about winery and technological process is a little bit more fascinating than the actual result. — 3 years ago
The last time I was kind of disappointed by this wine. Some could say 'a bottle variation, it happens more often with biodynamic wine making'. Yes, that makes sense, but my bet is on my perception variation. So I took one more bottle. And it was good! Wild strawberry, forest floor and meat notes. Almost perfectly balanced, juicy palate, long aftertaste. — 3 years ago

Delicate and perfumed nose with cherry, mulberry, vanilla, red plum, hints of underbrush and caramel. Well balanced, tannin is still green, though I don't believe this wine has much potential. Horizontal juicy palate, short aftertaste with flavours of oak and cherry. Tasty, easy going and friendly. — 3 years ago
