Gorgeous ruby color. A little bit of oak on the nose coupled with some fruit. Blackberries, raspberries, and even some strawberries on the palate. Old French oak that's not overwhelming and adds complexity. Acidity is lower than expected. Not much sugar but not bone dry either. A simple, yet satisfying, light red wine. — 7 years ago

First sip is rich with apple flavor. The rest of the glass is slightly strong in acidity. A bit sweeter than I had anticipated. — 8 years ago
Pear, apple, peach on the nose. Body is medium minus. Acidity is medium minus. Apple, pear, unripened pineapple dominate the palate. The wine is young, vibrant, and has excellent citrus. Delicious with a bit of Genoa salami. — 7 years ago
The wine isn't very aromatic at all but there are hints of apple and peach. On the palate, the complexity is low but the wine benefits, in my opinion, for being simple. Apple, pear, apricot dominate throughout. Acidity is medium. Minerality is surprisingly low. Perhaps a different Riesling than what you might find in his competitors in Mosel. But, if I'm going to have a sweeter Riesling, I'd take this any day. — 7 years ago
It says "medium-sweet" on the back but it seems dryer than that. Acidity is a bit higher than other German rieslings I've had but not bad. 2015 vintage. — 8 years ago
This wine gets a bad reputation but there's really nothing off-putting about it. It's decently dry with some nice, light acidity. You can tease out just a touch of oak to give it some body. Alcohol on the palate isn't aggressive. This is a decent, budget-friendly California Chardonnay. — 7 years ago
Crisp Apple on the nose with some sharp acidity accentuated with just a dash of pepper on the back end. It's a wine that you can't stop sipping at because every sip reveals something new. Closer to Riesling than a traditional (french) sauv blanc. — 7 years ago
They called it an off-dry but I thought it was sweeter than that. Nice peach flavor but I was expecting (and hoping for) something more dry. If you like a simple, semi-sweet white wine, this is probably a good option for you. Not sure I'll jump at the chance to have it again though. — 7 years ago

This is what most other Cardonnays, especially those from California, should strive to be. Extremely smooth. Acidity isn't aggressive. It's well-balanced with a touch of oak that complements it very well. — 7 years ago
