14 vintage has gorgeous new line drawing label. Light, tart, singing acid, bracing, summery; was perfect paired with weeknight baseball — 8 years ago

'11 and '12 at tasting room. '11 stupendous, '12 on the way there. Very delicate pinot from above fog line. Saving my bottle of '12 (and my final rating) til next year — 10 years ago
Whoa! 18 year old aligoté. Fresh raw oyster brine, a whiff of sea air, & heady flavors. This hasn't faded a bit. Syrupy mouthfeel & a little salt-sweet, but in a great way. (Not all my friends thought so - divisive.) We drank it on its own; would require bold fresh seafoods to pair. Ultimate steal at $21 — 8 years ago
Spectacular earthy brambly nose, but flavor doesn't measure up. Hot - boozy finish. Improves a lot day 2-3 and chilled. — 9 years ago
Truly spectacular. Everything you need & want from pinot. The sour cherry, the funky spice, the roundedness. Great bouquet, as good at minute 1 as after hours of air — 9 years ago
This is surprisingly good for a chain restaurant's proprietary $30 house bottle. A bit hot/acidic for its body, but it's made to pair with Matchbox's pizzas & "ginormous meatball", a job it does v well. Lake County blend 14.5% — 8 years ago
After 8 years, the '07 has an almost Russian River pinot-like umami funk to the nose & taste. Good acidity for food, & despite age, a lot of alcohol aftertaste (14.5%) — 9 years ago
One of the worst wines I've ever tasted. In a group of 6, nobody finished their first glass. We poured out the glasses and bottle. Bottle autographed by Hall of Famer Fergie Jenkins so we kept that. — 9 years ago

Rolle aka vermentino. Very assertive upfront expression - big nose for a white (corn?), slight sweetness. Lychee, white peach. Stole the show in a vermentino night vs Antoine Arena & Yves Leccia. — 8 years ago
