Standard Kelley Fox brilliance. Coconut oil, lemongrass, melon, pineapple, but honestly fairly subtle. At least until day two and then BAM. I learn something new about pinot blanc with every sip. — 4 years ago
Damn, this is like drinking mottled late afternoon honey-tinted sunlight while looking out over the ocean. Peaches, starfruit, almond, saline, grapefruit zest. — 4 years ago
I haven’t had such a classically labeled wine from Jouvres before, but I love it. Pure berry — especially blackberry — flavors with a hint of leather and underripe fruit. The very deepest flavors have great length, which creates a feeling of complexity belied by the initial fruit. — 4 years ago
The kind of vitality Golden Cluster excels at. This is a plush, unsubtle wine. Giant tuttifrutti flavors, but also giant acidity to balance them, like a jolly rancher grew to enormous size and exploded into soft liquid. — 4 years ago
Cherry pie filling and black tea. Good, but a bit limp. — 4 years ago
Yup. Still love this salty watermelon, black cherry, honey and nutmeg wine. — 4 years ago
Excellent clarity and depth of flavor. Ample stonefruit and quince, with a great lemon acidity and occasional flash of pith bitterness. — 4 years ago
After holding onto this for eight years, it took a few hours to really open into a wealth of cherries, kirsch, and cognac with a bit of a dry leaf undertone. Extremely rich, a little boozy tasting, but a fantastic wine. — 4 years ago
Beautiful wine. Cherry and plum fruit, forest floor and a hint of leather, crystalline minerality, iodine finish, and gentle texture. — 4 years ago

Started with great flavors of cassis and blueberry, which eventually became a wonderful fruit envelope around some very dark but smooth tannins. Very bright and mature wine. — 4 years ago
