One of the most Northerly wines in Europe. Taste in Bishops Castle, very close to where it is grown. Fresh, vibrant floral notes, pale and restrained. Loved it!

Superb 2000 drunk in magnum to celebrate the New Year. Decanted 2hrs before but still opened up in the glass. Still supple and some interesting tobacco notes emerging — 10 years ago
