Tart, tart, tart. Citrusy. Bottle popped when I opened it (screw cap). Priced at $12-14. Tastes like it. — 10 years ago
1961 vintage. Not sure how it ended up in my possession but I've had for more than 20 years. Uncorked it with good friends over a special white truffle dinner and it was nothing short of amazing...after sitting for a bit. The color bordered on rust, especially around the edges. The the aroma was leather & earth. The taste was tobacco-soaked fruit. Still dreaming about it. — 10 years ago
1996 vintage, I've had for many many years. NYE with my favorite husband (OK, my only one) was the right time to open. Rust colored. Took more than an hour to settle down. Amazing nose! Fruity, earthy & seductive. Tastes of barely sweetened tart cranberries, a little leather, and plenty of wet earth. Very special wine. Wish I had another bottle. — 10 years ago
